A family cycling holiday

From Nantes to Bidart in 20 days on a family adventure

A family that considers itself active, but not big on cycling; goal oriented, but not adventurous, decided to go off on their own biking odyssey.

Blandine and Nicolas are fans of hiking and the outdoors. Since 2014, they’ve been going on family cycling holidays with their sons Quentin, Baptiste, and Matthieu. After travelling the Canal du Midi, a tour of Brittany, through Switzerland, and along the Danube, they decided to take their family adventure to La Vélodyssée.

On their programme: 900 km between Nantes and Bidart in 20 days, with an average of 45 to 50 km per day.
