Walks or bike rides west along the seafront from the Port-Neuf breakwater to Chef de Baie beach, or downtown along the seafront through Alcide d'Orbigny park, or through Franck Delmas park in the shade of Allée du Mail. Île de Ré bridge 7 km away (12 minutes by car).
