The area of Abbadia

The property of Coastal Conservation Commission and managed by the town of Hendaye, the area of Abbadia offers 65 hectares of unspoilt nature.

With its grey and pink cliffs, groves, moors, meadows and lawns, Abbadia is home to a wide array of plant life and over 30 species of birds.  The area can be explored freely on foot or by joining one of the many organized tours from June to October, where you can discover all the history and heritage of this exceptional site.
