When you organise your bike trip (for a day, ½-day or several days), make sure that you arrange to start and finish in a town with a railway station.

Think about returning your bike to your final destination (Mimizan, La Rochelle, Nantes...).
Remember to hire a bike that can be returned at the end of your journey: several hire companies offer this "one-way" service.
