Description

The brand-new ESCALE residence is located near the Minimes district (marina, beach, shops and restaurants), a 10-minute walk away.
You can walk to the old port, the old town, the maritime museum, the aquarium and the tourist office in +/- 20 minutes.
The Communauté d'Agglomération de La Rochelle provides electric and non-electric bicycles, as well as vehicles (for a fee) from the YELO network.
A supermarket is about 1.5 km away. Markets in the old town and at Les Minimes (see days and times on the town's website).
Museums, sea outings, beaches, walking and cycling trails.
I'll welcome you on arrival, and you'll find the studio fully equipped, clean, with linen provided and bed made.
When you leave, all you have to do is clean up and wash up. I'll take care of the rest (sheets, tea towels, towels, etc.).
Two vintage bicycles are available free of charge in the basement.
There's also a private parking space in the basement.
