Description

Close to the Serpent d'Océan on the Mindin site, a former fort has housed the Musée de la Marine since 1983.
This memorial to shipbuilding in the Loire estuary offers an exceptional panoramic view of the estuary and the Saint-Nazaire bridge.

Housed in a former 19th-century fort facing the Loire estuary, this museum of local maritime heritage is run by an association of enthusiasts. It features model ships in display cases and a themed exhibition that changes every year. Located on the Loire à Vélo and Vélodyssée cycle routes, the museum is waiting to be discovered!
